Childhood
Saina's artistic journey commenced at an early age of three when she enrolled at "Sayegah e Honar," an art and pedagogy institute  founded by Mahvash Arshadi in 1993. The school's primary focus was the nurturing of creative talents, offering instruction in various techniques and styles from realism to contemporary art. Saina's fascination with expressionism and later on contemporary art began to blossom during her time there.
After seven years of comprehensive art education encompassing visual art, performance art, music, text writing and poem, Saina received practical pedagogy lessons within the same institution. In subsequent years, she started assisting her teachers in instructing students of all age groups. During this period, Saina actively participated in exhibitions held in Tehran, Shahin Shahr, and Esfahan. A notable highlight was her participation in the annual exhibition at the Contemporary Museum of Art in Isfahan, a remarkable achievement at her tender age.
Youth
As a youth, at the age of 14, Saina began teaching pottery classes part-time in kindergartens while continuing her school. Her school years were marked by winning first and second prizes in art and poetry competitions. Growing up in an environment deeply rooted in education and art, she honed her teaching skills, utilizing her knowledge of psychology and art to educate others alongside her main educational pursuits.
In addition to visual arts, Saina developed a profound love for dance, although her childhood circumstances prevented her from pursuing formal training. At 16, she finally had the opportunity to learn ballet for four years and became a teacher's assistant at her school. Subsequently, she expanded her repertoire to include folk eastern dances, Irish and Modern dance, a passion that provided solace during challenging life circumstances. Her dedication to dance led her to share her passion with students whenever and wherever she could.
Saina's geographical location eventually thwarted her aspiration of a professional art and dance career, compelling her to seek opportunities abroad. She drew inspiration from Mahvash Arshadi's multidimensional approach to education, joining the Orchestra of Isfahan and dedicating three years to the study of music. This pursuit led her to sing in the choir of the Orchestra of Isfahan, conducted by Majid Entezami, although the orchestra was eventually disbanded due to the volatile musical scene in Esfahan.
Adulthood
In 2007, Saina was accepted into several esteemed art universities across Iran but chose to pursue architecture due to her unique artistic background. After graduation, she made the pivotal decision to leave Iran to chase her artistic passions further, particularly in art and dance.
Life in Turkey
Life in Turkey marked a new chapter for Saina, where she initially worked as an art and dance teacher in Fethiye. A brief stint as an architect followed, but it soon became evident that Fethiye's limited growth prospects didn't align with her aspirations. Consequently, she relocated to Istanbul.
In Istanbul, Saina leveraged her teaching abilities and introduced innovative methods of learning languages through dance and art. Over six years, she taught languages in various private schools while concurrently nurturing her passion for dance. She even joined musical performances with SpeechBubblesIstanbul for several shows. Amidst her hectic schedule, Saina continued to pursue her love for painting, showcasing her artworks at Art Fair of Forli in Italy and Abaci Gallery in Istanbul.
